Much noisy at times due to bar and pub

the location is great, It was not expensive, so it was good value for money. The staff was very accommodating and helpful.
There is a bar attached to the hotel which starts playing extremely loud music starting late evening and it will go on till 3 am. The bass from the music was so loud that it is very difficult to sleep. The staff was extremely helpful in moving our room to a different location in the hotel, but you could still hear the noise. We stayed 5 nights at the hotel and the sound levels were different on different night- probably it depends on the DJ for the night!
We booked 2 rooms (and tried 4 rooms in total after the staff moved us to another room because of the noise), every bathtub leaks water on to the bathroom floor if you have a shower - no matter how careful you are at not spilling the water. the water falling on to the glass shower curtain flows on to the floor through gaps in the sealant.
The swimming pool was not working. My friend stayed at the same hotel 5 months back and it was closed for renovation at that time and it was still closed for renovation now. So the advertising is still very misleading in showing pictures of the pool.
Last but not the least. I don't know who is at fault here. I have been getting a minimum of 2 emails everyday for weeks asking me to complete my reservation even though I made the full payment on booking. I suspected a scam and asked my friend in Dubai to check if my booking was confirmed. In spite of letting them know that I was getting these emails from booking.com, nothing was done. Closer to the date of checkin, I even started getting messages on WhatsApp asking me to do confirmation of my booking by giving my bank details. I am not sure if someone has hacked into the system at the hotel or booking.com.
