Clean, modern - as described
Very helpful staff. Since there was no restaurant nearby which was open on Sunday, the receptionist helped us with foood delivery

Was convenient for one overnight stay while attending a wedding.
Breakfast was good
They wanted an extra charge for early check-in. We got there just after 12 (lunchtime) - although the room was ready we were asked something like 30€ which I found is unreasonable especially since the room was ready anyway….

The hotel was very clean and the staff was very polite. The breakfast had a good variety. The technology is very modern. You can enter the garage with the room key and also through the main entrance as there is not reception from 11pm. You also receive a digital key per email, so you dont have to walk around with the key everywhere. A good choice for a short trip or for business travel.
The hotel is located in a residential area and there are no restaurant around. You always need to travel with car to get to the city centre. It is a 30min walk which is too much when your with children.

Everywhere on the internet there are photos of large rooms and descriptions of large rooms, but in reality they turned out to be smaller than at Imbis and the price is higher than there.
I booked a 22 square metre room with a large bed, two comfortable armchairs, etc. through Booking.com, but when I checked in, I saw a 10 square metre room with a medium-sized bed and one armchair.
Double rooms usually do not look like economy rooms for one person. And the price is the same as in good hotels in the city centre.
It's very bad to mislead people. I won't be coming back to you, even though I visit your city every month. And I think you have quite a few dissatisfied guests. Write the truth, don't use special attachments to enlarge images when taking photos, and you'll be fine.
