No thing all is bad

I just ask if can book another day bad Women in reception tell me if no and will call police tomorrow if not check out before 11 am . Very aggressive not good 😐 very bad

Very nice, small family hotel, where people are actually paying attention to their guests and even know after your first breakfast, how you like your coffee on the next morning. 😊 The room was spacious and very clean 👌

I'd stay there again because of price and staff.

The staff was very helpful and friendly. The hotel was comfortable, clean and a good value for the price.

There is a bar nearby, so there was noise in the evening.

Superb

The hotel is located just in the city centre of Heilbronn, but on a quiet street. We were surprised by the freshly renovated interior of our room. It was very spacious and impeccably clean. Even though the hotel has no restaurant, we could use the common area on the top floor and purchase some snacks. The staff at the reception was lovely and very welcoming.

The hotel has only a couple parking spots and we had to park on a public parking outside. We didn't have to pay thanks to the staff of the hotel and a spot right next to the building was easy to find.

Exceptional

Everything was fantastic. The room was spacious and spotlessly clean. It's not a new building but everything seemed like they'd been updated recently. Even though it had been hot during the days once we opened the windows the room was airy and comfortable for sleeping at night. The hotel is in a quiet neighbourhood but a short walk to shops and restaurants. The couple who run the hotel are the loveliest people, so welcoming and helpful. The breakfast was great.

I have no complaints about this hotel!

Very satisfied from my stay. I will definitely recommend a stay in this Hotel an gladly come back!

The Location was very good, it was quiet. The furniture in the Room was new and it was very clean and cosy. The staff were exceptional friendly. There was a common room and there were drinks and an oven and I assume that the WiFi ist better in this room as it was in my own. The hotel ist near to the city center. I felt really excellent!

The one thing that I didn't love was the WiFi. In the room (last floor) it was very unstable connection and I couldn't work properly.

Great value for your money - clean, modern, spacious place to stay in Heilbronn. 100% recommend!

Wow - what a great experience at Hotel zur Post! In an old building, but newly renovated and everything is so new and clean and modern. Great value for your money! Easy walking distance to the river, train station, restaurants, etc. I arrived after check-in time and the process to get my key was super easy. The breakfast was exceptional as well!

Friendly staff. Basic breakfast but ok. Quiet rooms for a good night sleep. Price / quality ok

Very small bathroom. And pillows without no firmness at all. But i did not ask if they have other, more firm pillows.

Rooms otherwise ok, relatively close to the city centre

The rooms are very noisy. There were loud movements above our room around 1.30am and there again between 5am and 6.30am, all the time. We wanted to get some rest after a long drive and the noise was devastating...
