The staff are all fantastic-particularly Nadine, the young woman at reception who checked us in and the barman (sorry, we can’t remember the names of the latter 2!). The food was all also amazing -a credit to the chefs and kitchen staff. We loved the spa and all the facilities and enjoyed the saunas and massages. The room was big and comfortable, and quiet (despite a bit of noise from the building work which didn’t disturb us) with a lovely view into the forest. Having someone to park our car took away a lot of stress as did having an EV charger on site.
Only minor niggles-the room was quite warm despite us leaving the door open all day. We brought our own fan but a fan would be helpful and/or a sheet on the bed as well as a duvet. We also felt that a hotel of this level should provide a coffee machine in the room -though we understand the sustainability issue with that. Similarly we would except shampoo and conditioner rather than just shower gel.

Très bel hôtel, très confortable avec de très belles infrastructures. Le Spa et la piscine extérieure sont vraiment très bien. Il y a plusieurs types de saunas et d'espaces de repos pour passer un moment des plus calmes. Le sauna extérieur est superbe. Le restaurant est très bon et la formule proposée en demie pension est idéale avec du choix. Nous avions une suite avec jacuzzi, la salle de bain est magnifique. Le personnel est très agréable. Beaucoup de randonnées directement à proximité. Le petit déjeuner est exceptionnel.
Notre seul petit regret fut d'avoir une suite avec un mobilier (meubles, canapé) un peu vétuste alors que sur les photos il est montré des visuels de mobilier design et récent. La vue de notre chambre n'était non plus pas géniale car sur le côté et non sur la magnifique foret. Néanmoins cela ne nous a pas empêché de passer un très bon séjour.

Goed hotel, eten zeer goed, vriendelijk personeel. Kamer ( suite) top.
Het hotel was een bouwwerf. Naast het bestaand hotel is een een nieuwe aanbouw in constructie. De foto's die op de website en op booking.com worden getoond zijn AI!. Deze foto's tonen een niet bestaand hotel. Ik vind dit schandalig.
