I arrived late after 11pm - the hotel did not have a waiting area - I had no internet as I didnt have roaming on my phone - but thank God I was able to call the attendant. They guy made me wait outside in the cold for over 30 mins. Initially refusing to give me the wifi password. He insisted that after booking, his own system would have sent me an email and I should have used that to pay. I informed him that I was travelling so didnt / dont have any internet. Back and forth for a while and he eventually gave me the password for the internet. I was then able to log in and make payment. When leaving as well. I informed him that I had the keys in my pocket and could leave it at the reception of the company I was working at. He threatened to charge Euros 250 to my card except the key is properly placed in the locker box. I offered to pay him 10Euros to pickup - He refused. I eventually had to pay a cab to go to the location to help drop off the keys.
It seems like He cares more about his system than his customer. Anything to inconvenience him is immediately a problem and he does not really seem to care about repeat business.
In terms of the room, medium size but nothing special - everything in there is standard. Small cubicle shower. The main thing that I liked was that it had an iron for my clothes. Also this is far from the train station in magdstat. When I got there there were no taxis and luckily I was lucky to find a local guy that offered me a lift to the hotel. So you might need to prebook a taxi
Behavious of the host was appauling.
