Sehr freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal. Klimaanlage im Zimmer arbeitet gut und leise (!). Statt Minibar im Zimmer Kaltgetränke zur Selbstbedienung an der 24-Std.-Coffeebar; dort sind Kaffee und Tee ständig kostenfrei verfügbar, was besonders meiner Frau (Frühaufsteherin) gut gefallen hat. Beim Frühstücksbuffet gab es leider keine Marmelade, sondern nur Gelee und auch die Auswahl könnte etwas größer sein; insgesamt sind wir aber sehr zufrieden. Besonders positiv zu erwähnen ist das sehr lecker angerichtete Rührei. Sehr gutes Restaurant, wo wir an beiden Abenden unseres Aufenthalts gegessen haben; Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis absolut ok.
Der zeitweise etwas muffige Geruch im Treppenbereich des Hotelanbaus.
