Overall, we were very happy with our stay at Brenners Park-Hotel & Spa. The room was beautiful, elegant, and very well equipped, and the service from the reception team was excellent. When I asked for a makeup remover, they arranged it within just a few minutes, which was a lovely touch.
Two things prevented the stay from being a 10/10.
First, there was a wedding during our stay, which we had been informed about in advance. What we weren’t told was that there would be loud techno music in the restaurant directly below our room until 12:30am. The bass could be felt throughout the entire room. Beyond the volume, we felt that techno music simply didn’t suit the character and atmosphere of Brenners Park-Hotel & Spa, which is known for its elegance, tranquility, and relaxing spa experience. We believe weddings should have clearer limitations on the type and volume of music, especially in the evening. Reception apologized when we called, but unfortunately it didn’t change the situation.
Second, the in-room dining was quite inconsistent. We stayed for three nights and ordered breakfast and dinner in our room, but the same dishes were presented differently each time, with portions varying significantly. The silverware also had a strong unpleasant smell, as if it had previously been used for fish or meat.

They gave us a different room than the one we booked .. it was without bathtub and sofa.. they also included so many wrong numbers in the final bill .. they were going to charge me around 500 EUR extra! It was a clear robbery
