Fantastic location
No air conditioning it was 34 degrees but they gave us a fan which helped

Top location in centre of Baden Baden near Kurpark and shops. I got a real nice big room. Reception staff and breakfast staff very friendly.
Breakfast is good but doen't offer many options, but it's ok.

Liked the spacious room, comfy bed and pillows and the close proximity to town.
We stayed during a very hot period and there is no air conditioning, although they did provide a fan.

We absolutely loved the excellent location right next to the Christmas market and the lovely view from our room. The daytime staff was generally friendly and helpful.
The breakfast was basic but okay for starting the day.
Our stay was ruined by a serious safety incident when a heavy glass ceiling light fell late at night, shattering over our bed and the floor. There was no staff on site to assist us until the next day when they cleaned the pieces of glass. We were very disappointed that the management offered no apology for the dangerous situation the following morning.
The floorboards creaked loudly with every step.
