Die Unterkunft war sehr schön, sauber und gemütlich. Die Lage war ebenfalls sehr gut und das Personal freundlich und hilfsbereit.
Es gab eigentlich nichts, was mir nicht gefallen hat. Ich habe mich während meines Aufenthalts sehr wohlgefühlt.

Nous avions réservé une chambre à l'hôtel Laterne, et on nous a installé dans un hotel partenaire, juste à côté, mais sûrement moins bien, et sans aucune compensation financière. Nous n'avons même pas été prévenu à l'avance.
C'est tout simplement scandaleux !
Nous ne pouvons pas donner d'avis sur l'hôtel Laterne que nous avions réservé et dont nous nous réjouissions d'y aller, puisqu'on n'y a pas été ! On nous installe dans un autre hôtel (très certainement moins bien) sans prévenir !
