Rooms, are lovely. Location near bus and train station. Staff friendly. Pleasent hotel to stay.

Good location - 7 minute walk to Hauptbahnhof with S-Bahn to Warnemünde, 10 minute tram ride to the city centre. Breakfast buffet is good. Staff is very nice and friendly. Possible to leave your luggage for a few hours past checkout.
No slippers. Bathroom is not very convenient to use overall, definitely needs some love and fixes. By day 3 everything was dusty, and even though the room was cleaned, there was dust on our bedding. No coffee table on the balcony, ashtray wasn't cleaned once.
Big TV with cable only, no way to use your own Netflix (or other streaming). Really bad Wi-Fi connection, so don't rely on it.
Coffee/tea station is at the reception, but you can't get a hot drink late in the evening as thermo jugs don't stay hot that long.
