This hotel has the best location on zell am see and would be the only hotel I would return to…but only If I got the same room at the lake end of the hotel.
The good and service was beyond excellent and the small pebble beach gave easy access to the hotel for swimming in the lake.
The road access to the hotel was quite stressful. Passing through the pedestrian area and no clear signage on where to leave your car.
I would imagine those nearer the railway line may get some noise so be careful with the room you book.

We paid 2000 euro for 3 nights and the Hotel refused to reserve a table for dinner.

We booked executive room with balcony
The view is only thing we liked in the room also the breakfast was excellent
The hotel is overrated !
the rooms are really old and many things are broken in it
The bathroom has a bad smell
We booked half board its not worth it actually !!
The barking with extra charge 12€ per night which was disappointing for a 5 star hotel!! It should be included in the price ! Which actually cost us about 400€ per night !
The hotel is very expensive and not worth it’s value
