The Tirolerhof provided us with everything we needed for a relaxing holiday, right from the start. The staff were very welcoming and always helpful, especially with information, going well beyond our expectations. The location was ideal: just 2-3 minutes walk from both the lake and town centre restaurants. We rented good quality ebikes from the hotel to explore the area and used the swimming pool and health spa. The room was just right, with a large bathroom and additional features to make our stay comfortable, and a view of the mountains. The breakfast buffet was generous. The beds were blissfully comfortable.

This hotel was very central and we really enjoyed the breakfast.
There are no tea making facilities in the rooms also it was very warm at night and the hotel rooms do not have air conditioning.

Friendly staff, they go the extra mile to be helpful. Exceptional breakfast, both the quality and range of food. Amazing scenery to explore here, round the lake, on mountain tops via cable car, or free via train or bus thanks to the Guest Mobility ticket.

The staff did not take care of our complaints. there was no heating on first day, then only late at night. the shower was broken and was not fixed. we had to hold the shower head with rope.
