The wellness, bathroom and breakfast were nice and spacious.
For the lights in the room, a dimmable lamp wiuld be nice instead of the full lighting

Location is amazing, right in town with parking close by. Seconds walk from shops and bars.
Nothing. It was great and the staff were super friendly and exceptionally helpful. Facilities were excellent and breakfast was out of this world.

The room was light, airy and clean. Plenty of storage space too. The staff were very welcoming and they were always very helpful. The breakfast was wonderful especially as we were able to sit on the terrace over looking the pool/garden area. It was in a central location and yet only 5 mins from the lake. Would highly recommend.
There isn't any air conditioning which is ok, but we had a heatwave and they were able to supply a fan! Although guests receive the mobility card for travel around Salzburgerland, this hotel doesn't supply a Summer Card which gives free and discounted entry to local attractions including the gondola's.

Friendly check-in staff. David spoke many languages and dialects. Very impressive. Location was right in the heart of town in walking distance to the lake, train station, shops and restaurants. Pool area is a quiet and beautiful oasis.
Room was small and needed to be updated. No shampoo in room. All guests and family should be able to join the breakfast. Upgrade rooms when available? Please include parking for guests! Why should guests pay extra for parking?
