Excellent location, right in the center and 3 min walk from the lake. The gym was also good. The partnership with local Kaprun card meant free access to lido, public transport, boat trip etc which was a lovely surprise on check in.
Quite confusing as it’s 2 interlinked hotels, the Fish and the Romantik hotels and unclear which facilities you can use, the free bikes aren’t for Fish customers which was disappointing. Staff we’re quite abrupt.
