Sanne and Katrin provided my wife and myself a ground floor bedroom, because I have health issues and I was grateful for
that. Both ladies are always wonderful hosts but on this our second visit, we were assisted by Sanne. We cannot speak highly enough of her. Everything was as arranged. The accommodation is close to trains and shops, the pool and Lake, the central bus stop for transport to the mountains and gorge etc Plently for families, adults and children to do. Salzburg State transport and Summercard make for exceptional value overall.
Breakfast can become a little cramped when busy, but otherwise they provide a good variety and nutritious start for the day. Still very good though and this review does not mean we disliked it, only, that it was perhaps the weakest link.

Clean room, cozy house, close to lake and city center. Easy check in - keys waiting on the counter.
Got a room in first/basement floor and there was railway with regular train traffic just outside the terasse, thankfully the train doesnt go during the night, just late evening/early morning and daytime.
It was a bit stressful with parking. Hotel has limited parking spaces and we had to leave car on street in city parking which is free only from 6pm til 8am (so had to get up early) + wasnt easy to find a free spot. So you should arrive a bit early to avoid this.
