We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Alpenblick in Zell am See. What stood out most was not just the beautiful property and excellent location, but the exceptional hospitality from the entire team.
We are a vegetarian family with some specific dietary requirements, and the staff went out of their way to accommodate us at breakfast. We had explained what we could eat and what we preferred, and every morning they made a genuine effort to prepare something especially for us. The breakfasts were delicious, thoughtfully prepared, and we really appreciated the care they took to make sure we were comfortable.
The service throughout our stay was exceptional. Every member of staff we interacted with was friendly, helpful and welcoming. We also had the pleasure of meeting and chatting with the owner, who personally came over to see us and spent some time talking with us. That personal touch made the experience even more memorable and is something you don't find everywhere.
The resort itself is lovely, the location is excellent for exploring Zell am See and the surrounding area, and the atmosphere is warm and relaxing. But ultimately it was the people and their hospitality that made Alpenblick special for us.
We travelled as a family with our young daughter and genuinely felt very comfortable and well looked after throughout our stay. After travelling through several places on this European trip, Alpenblick is definitely one of the stays we will remember most fondly.
Thank you to the owner and the entire Alpenblick team for making our stay so special. We would happily stay here again and highly recommend it!
