The downstairs area is very nice lovely bar etc.
The bedrooms are not 4*
No aircon
No coffee making facilities other than granules

The location, property and staff
It would have been great to have a Billiards or pool table as well in the property.

The hotel and facilities are excellent. They have gone all out with the spa provision on site and the massage therapists were lovely and made you feel very comfortable. We asked to be moved to a room with a view and the team were very happy to accommodate our request, moving us immediately to the same room in a different part of the building at no extra cost.
We found the breakfast to be rather expensive and so we chose to eat at a lovely little bakery just down the road for half the price.
