Great location, literally 2 minutes from the old town with all the shops and restaurants and promenade. Nice overall location, with fairly big underground garage. Big apartment, with most of the facilities needed. 2-3 minutes walk from one of the cable cars going up the mountain. Nice view of the mountains on the back of Zell am See. Good value for the money we paid. Friendly reception staff. Great to have the Kaprun - Zell am see sommer card, many free activities on it, including the cable car all the way up the Kitzsteinhorn Gletscher and the free ride on the electric boat on the Zell am See lake (but many others too).
Cleanliness of the living room furniture could have been better. Lots of stains on the sofas. Windows were not closing properly. No microwave in the kitchen. No knives in the kitchen. Grass growing wildly between the tiles of the balcony. Bedroom walls had holes in it from previous guests smashing the door on them. We staid on the 3rd floor, apartment 301. Expensive garage (15 euro/day). No AC. One fan per apartment, and was not even working. I am sure in the winter cooling is not important, but in the summer it quite needed, even for a september vacation in this mountain area.

Location: near the centre and the beach.
No aircondition in the rooms, becouse of the big windows it was extremely hot inside. Furniture dated, made of black steel in the bedrooms. The shower cabine is dated too. Door frame of the bedroom was broken and repaired badly.
Driving out from the garage there is very dangerous step on the road, the bottom of our car was scrached.
