Excellent location right in the center of Zell am See, close to everything, with a surprisingly nice lateral lake view. The rooms and bathrooms were very clean and comfortable, with great non-feather pillows, chocolates on the bed, a coffee machine in each room, strong WiFi, and a fan provided. We stayed in both a budget room and a larger family room with a separate bedroom and living room with a sofa bed, and both were very comfortable. There is also an elevator at the back of the hotel, which is helpful for guests with mobility difficulties.
The lady in charge at reception was extremely helpful and accommodating. The hotel’s restaurant was very good, and breakfast had plenty of healthy and vegetarian options. I especially liked the sunny-side-up eggs. The Zell am See-Kaprun Mobility Card was also included, which was a great benefit. Overall, I found the hotel excellent in terms of location, amenities, cleanliness, comfort, and value — in some ways even better than neighboring five-star hotels.
No Sommerkarte - this would have saved us a lot of money on cable cars, boat trips, and other attractions. There is no in-room fridge, although the lady in charge kindly let us store food in the hotel kitchen fridge. Croissants at breakfast would also have been a nice addition.

The hotel is excellent and in a great location. The rooms are clean and comfortable, and our room window offered a mountain view. The breakfast was excellent, and I had a parking spot for my motorcycle.
The hotel has a bistro restaurant; I enjoyed the food and the service there.
I would like to mention the hotel staff, and especially Anita, who was mainly in touch with me and whom I would like to thank personally, for providing professional, high-quality, and courteous service with a smile.
There is no doubt that on my next visit to the town, I will make sure to stay at this hotel.

We had a family accommodation with two separate rooms, which was very comfortable. It was very clean. The hotel is in the center and close to everything.
Actually it is so close to the center that it was very loud for us. As it was hot we had to keep the windows open, but the noise from all the restaurants around was extreme at night. First time ever I used earplugs for sleeping. Luckily it helped.

The hotel itself was good value and the breakfast was excellent
The noise . As a 52 year old fairly well travelled man I can honestly say I have stayed in a hotel with more (mostly external) noise . The last drunken shouts usually ended about 2 in the morning and the first delivery vans and banging of crates etc started from 5:15 onwards. Hovering started at 6:15 closely followed by church bells . If you are a light sleeper like me I would avoid
