Excellent hotel in the centre of Zell am See. Beautiful layout , comfortable rooms, excellent breakfast choices and the hotel even prints a morning bulletin with information about the day. Very close to transport links and the lake.
There was a slight miscommunication about the table at breakfast. Basically the table you sit at at breakfast is the same for the duration of stay, which created a bit of confusion, but after the first day all was excellent. Although it is a nice touch , this sitting arrangement is quite different from what other hotels are doing so is worth communicating it at the beginning of stay, so it avoids confusion for the guests.

The opening hours for Sauna. It’s quite late to start the operation.

Lacking facilities, no chairs, fridge, hair dryer, drinking glasses, toiletries.
Staff mixed attitudes, no one around mid evening to replace light bulb in toilet
