Our room was very comfortable. The atmosphere in the hotel was very friendly and relaxed - helping to make our stay very enjoyable

Location, nice staff
- Although I have mentioned that we are 2 adults and 1 infant , I was asked to pay 25 euro per night for the crib, it should’ve been inclusive like other hotels, otherwise don’t accept my request

I loved everything about this property, from the warm welcome by the hosts, Elisabeth explained everything for me to maximise the time. The room was comfortable with a modern bathroom. My room had a lovely balcony with lake views which was so relaxing to sit and enjoy.
The breakfast was plentiful and the service offered was warm and friendly. A nice pool and sauna area, a good way to unwind after a busy day sightseeing.
A great location too, walkable to all parts of town. I stayed in summer but would love to come back in winter given the ski lift proximity.

Which is good
Breakfast was not good. I stayed for 3 days. I tried it only once and too days was outside because I didn’t like it. The are not providing slippers.
