Overall, I had a pleasant stay at the hotel. The rooms and toilets were clean, well-maintained, and spacious. The hotel's location is excellent, making it convenient for travel and access to nearby facilities. The staff were friendly, cooperative, and supportive throughout my stay, always willing to assist whenever needed.
I would like to extend my special thanks to Vishnu and Tampie for their outstanding support, hospitality, and professionalism. Their helpful attitude and excellent service made my stay even more comfortable and enjoyable.
An excellent choice for families, offering comfortable accommodation, a convenient location, and friendly service. Highly recommended for a family stay.
Areas for improvement include:
• Once the access card is removed from the key card holder, all room lights switch off immediately, resulting in the room becoming completely dark. It is recommended to incorporate an adequate time delay after card removal to allow occupants sufficient time to exit the room safely and comfortably.
• Provision of drinking water beyond the initial two complimentary bottles.
• Introduction of a wider variety of food options, particularly South Indian cuisine.
• Availability of South Indian TV channels.
• Plumbing maintenance, as washbasin taps are loose and water clogging/drainage issues were observed.
• No bar facility is available in the hotel.***
• The restaurant menu is limited mainly to Jordanian and Lebanese dishes.
I hope Eclipse Management will consider these suggestions to further enhance the guest experience.

It’s spacious and clean - we slept well.
We checked in around 10pm and checked out at 12pm. It would be too late to ask for a hair dryer replacement, which wasn’t working, or for the flickering light in the living room or a channel on the TV that doesn’t have sound.

It was central.
Cockroach in the one of the toilet’s sink. Dirty mug in the clean dishes rack. Housekeeping staff did not clean the dishes and did not provide drinking water on day 2 or 3. The Hotel needs to improve on these basic amenities. Housekeeping needs to be improved. Towels were not replaced in our 3 nights stay. Parking is a hassle if you don’t take valet service. The sofa in the lounge was very hard.
