hôtel vieux , emplacement ne correspond pas au photos bcp de circulation et bruits autour

ayant payé à l'avance , refus de rembourser ! mes passeport étant ds mon hôtel à Dubai , refus du check in car mon passeport était pas avec moi et celui de ma femme aussi . apres plusieurs minutes de discussion et énervement , nous avons recu une copie par mail de mon hôtel à Dubai .😡 d'apres eux c'est la loi !! aucune flexibilité .

Z pewnością wrócę do tego hotelu i polecam.

Naprawdę było czysto… nawet wychodząc koło 3-4 nad ranem widziałam personel sprzątający. Recepcja bardzo miła i pomocna.

Bardzo nie wygodne poduszki.

Good value for money in Abu Dhabi

Nice value for money, good conditions for the money paid at the rate of 47 Usd per night

The furniture could be updated and the pool region also.

The location of the hotel perfect.

I am not happy with room, there is bad smell in the room and sink sometimes flood with water also there not enough light in the room. The staffs that i meet it in the morning is not friendly and not helpful.

Excellent location and much improved hotel

Location, good value for money and excellent staff. Glenn on reception great sense of humour and professional and Riyda in the Beaujolais is legend There have been a lot of noticeable improvements including the beds (which no longer attack your ankles) and a number of F@B initiatives

Friendly country and a friendly stay

Great hotel for an affordable price. Location top notch, great options to commute (local bus stops nearby). Cozy and comfy room, clean sheets, personel always on top of their game, with any reasonable request completed within minutes. Good breakfast - plenty of options. all facilities as good as they can be. Swimming pool nice, gym as well. Good opening hours (gym 24/7)

Definitely a 2 star hotel. It needs to be revalidated.

Really outdated and dirty room. The bed was very uncomfortable. The bathroom was dirty and outdated. No parking available. Its claimed to be a 5 star hotel but should not be more than 2 star

Passable

The location of the hotel is fine. Workers are extremely good. I am not sure about the cleanness in terms of the bathrobes we received.

Also keep in mind if you are booking with a child the breakfast is not included for your child. It is not mentioned anywhere and we didn’t have problems with other hotels before regarding this issue but in this one the rules are different.

Good choice to see Abu Dhabi and fly out.

Fabulous views of the city in three directions, comfortable beds, clean room, outdoor pool a good size, hot sauna, amazing breakfast. Easy bus to the airport (talk to reception, we had bus tickets we bought at the bus station when we arrived from Dubai).

Breakfast has a great variety of hot and cold foods and a good selection of hot and cold drinks. Beach towels provided at pool.

Only 1 bath towel and 1 hand towel were provided for a double room. After asking we were given 2 extra towels.

Very friendly, helpful staff members, they always make sure that you have a best time there. Rich and tasty breakfast and dinner, nice pool on the roof, good gym and saunas, jacuzzi. Location is just perfect, supermarkets, publis transport is nearby. The beautiful Corniche Beach is just 20mins away by bus. The room is spacious, beds are comfortable, bathroom is nice.

The windows should be cleaned.
