Unfortunately, there seemed to be a lack of communication and coordination among the staff. On several occasions, food was left outside our door for a long time, and we experienced a few unprofessional situations that made us feel uncomfortable and embarrassed. The response to our requests was also extremely slow. Better communication between the staff and faster service would greatly improve the overall guest experience.

Before my arrival, I informed the hotel that I was coming to celebrate my birthday with my family. They confirmed this by message and told me they would provide a complimentary cake, but unfortunately they brought it after I reminded them twice by the end of the day. The second issue was during our first night. At around 5:00 AM, there were very loud explosions, shaking, and frightening noises in the villa. We were extremely scared and couldn’t sleep. I called the reception to make sure everything was safe, but the response was very surprising — they simply said there was nothing happening. For a hotel of this level and price, I expected them to reassure their guests and check on the situation properly. at the checkin i asked adham for a late checkout and he accepted that but he didn't tell us until when!! Finally, on our last night at 3 we received a call from a staff member named Adet (Indian nationality), and his attitude was completely unacceptable. He told us that we had to check out within 15 minutes, otherwise we would be charged an extra 100 BHD for half a night because other guests were arriving. This was despite the fact that the hotel seemed empty. We had driven from Kuwait to Bahrain, and I was traveling with my 2-year-old daughter. There was no consideration for our situation at all. I have stayed in other hotels before (without mentioning names), and they usually understand families with young children and provide complimentary late checkout when possible, sometimes until 8 PM. Later, Adham called us at 4:00 PM and offered a late checkout until 5:00 PM for an extra charge of 50 BHD, which we accepted. However, while I was busy taking care of my daughter, another indian women staff member called and told us that we were late and had to check out immediately. At that point, I was extremely disappointed. This kind of treatment is not acceptable, especially from a hotel that is supposed to provide a high level of hospitality.
