The overwater villa was beautiful and private, staff were nice, food was amazing.
Unfortunately, we were assigned one of the farthest villas from the main building, making it inconvenient to walk or cycle there. As a result, we had no practical option other than relying on the club car service—and this was by far the worst part of our stay.
On several occasions, we called for a club car and had to wait up to 30 minutes because they appeared to be waiting for another villa to request one so that we could share the ride. This happened multiple times and was extremely frustrating, especially since it almost caused us to miss breakfast twice. Breakfast closes at 11:00 AM, so if you’re staying in one of the farther villas, I would recommend requesting a club car as early as 9:30 AM to avoid the risk of missing it.

Very serene and peaceful location.
They need to work on their food offering and the all inclusive package wasn’t really all inclusive in comparison to other resorts we’ve stayed at like Antalya or Crete. They closed the kids water park early which was disappointing for our daughter. Horse riding is only available after 3pm which wasn’t communicated. The jet skis weren’t available because they needed maintenance work. Main pool was closed and another restaurant was also closed.
