Room view and size
The room size was spacious, comfortable, and offered an excellent view, which was the main positive aspect of my stay. The staff were also acceptable, and the overall room setup met expectations.
However, the biggest disappointment was the food quality and hygiene standards. The food selection was very poor, lacked freshness, and did not reflect the value paid for this stay. For the price charged, I expected a much better dining experience.
In addition, the mosquito issue was a major problem and significantly affected comfort during the stay. Hygiene and pest control clearly need much more attention.
Overall, while the room itself was satisfactory, the food quality, hygiene, and mosquito problem made this one of my worst hotel experiences in terms of value for money. Unfortunately, I would not choose to stay at this hotel again.
