excellent breakfast service, wonderful room
If you are mobility challenged, ask for a 1st floor room as the hotel has no elevator.

We had a very nice stay and felt most welcome. The beds were very comfortable (including pillows), it was very clean and breakfast was nice. The view over the Rhine was amazing.

I really liked the after hours check-in capability, how friendly staff was, and how helpful they were too.
Room was very outdated.
