I originally booked a stay at Four Points but didn’t actually end up staying there. Shortly before check-in, I received a call from the hotel informing me that the room was not in suitable condition. They kindly offered me two alternative accommodations nearby. As compensation, they included access to wellness and sauna services, as well as breakfast, which we appreciated. While it was unexpected, the staff handled the situation professionally and made sure we were taken care of.
