Very good location, comfortable room, the room design decorations and toilet staff were amazing, excellent breakfast the I have never experienced in the region

very nice hotel, modern and comfortable
We booked the place for a long weekend with our extended families (grand parents, siblings, us and our 7 month old baby). we chose this hotel because it has a restaurant so that we would not need to go to another place every night. when we booked, the hotel told us the restaurant was closed one of the nights we would be there, which was ok for us and we still booked. when we arrived they told us the restaurant was closed for the whole long weekend, which was disappointing to say the least. but then we discovered that on two of the nights a big group was hosted in the restaurant, but it was still closed for us. really disappointing, especially as the reception did not even inform us and told us when we complained, that they could not do anything about this. nice hotel, but when you go through the reviews, it looks as if this is not the first time.
