We did not know what to expect as the reviews were some very positive some very negative. We went for our three night stay without any particular expectation and were surprised in a positive way.
We booked the biggest category as we travelled with a baby. The room was nicely renovated and spacious.
The food was appropriate for the hotel category. Especially the desserts were very tasty.
The hotel itself offers a lot of freetime activity options. Some are for a small surcharge but not this expensive.
We would like to highlight the wonderful team members especially at reception and the bubbles kids club who were very friendly and helpful with a good heart and guest oriented attitude.
We were not satisfied with the housekeeping and went to reception quite a few times to request for things in this field. The reception team always helped very quickly to organize what we needed.

It's an all-inclusive experience. For that you get some decent variety in food and drinks but you can get bored of it after a while. The beach is actually great, have kids section. Also very kids friendly environment so recommended for family vacations.
The suite was advertised as 2 rooms (2 separate air-space) but it was just 1 big room with a half-wall, so no door or separator, which is not what we wanted with small kids. There are a lot of allergy information on the cards in the restaurant which looks amazing at first until you find out it's not accurate and always had to ask the staff about most things and often they seemed annoyed that people ask questions. Also the bad thing about all-inclusive is you get the cheap stuff from most things and you don't have a choice since there isn't any other option.

The swimming pool and the sauna are nice. The white wine was delicious!!
We understand that for hygiene is okay, but the water to clean your feet before you enter the pool area is a little uncomfortable, and it doesn’t allow to entry with strollers.

Outdoor pools and lake access
Dinning room was always busy. Too many people in the hotel for the small eating area. Also, parking was an additional charge. You had to wait for lifts as there are only 4 and hundreds of guests.
