we have stayed in this hotel 2 years ago and we were happy to see the result of the further renovations since then. the outdated reception area is gone now and the lobby looks amazing!
Breakfast and dinner were both delicious and had a wide variety of options.
we got a room with a real double bed this time which was very comfortable, rooms are well maintained in general. the laptop-sized safe is a big plus for us!
I had lunch at the bistro in the lobby once and the food is exceptional.
all staff we encountered were kind and accommodating.
we had a couple requests during our stay and, similarly to 2 years ago, they were always responded to very promptly, even at 2AM. happy to see the continued effort and care put into the overall services.
the coffee machines in the breakfast area are a bit slow, but that is also due to the large volume of guests.
similarly to 2 years ago, I would like to mention again, that the checkout time at 10AM is too early compared to international standards (11AM-12PM). it is also inconvenient since the breakfast also ends at 10AM. I would really appreciate the check-in time to be extended to at least 11AM.
we asked for 2 extra pillows late at night, but got no pillowcases with them until the next day.
room cleaning practices need to be revised in my opinion. we had all towels changed, even the ones which were not left on the floor to be changed (environmental impact could be reduced here). we had multiple plates and glasses in our room which were not taken away and the tea/coffee station was not restocked during our stay.

Newly refurbished lobby and rooms, nice surroundings, 2x pools, but still has that 90s beach feeling with the feet washer xD
Great food with half-board and very good access to the lake and the avenue. Nice and flexible staff as well. They were very helpful when we arrived early.
I would recommend them to have type 2 charging cables for rent for EV’s who forgot to bring their own tho 🫣🫶
Bar could be a bit more prepared at the pool. Maybe some ice creams for the kids, bit better quality of service, etc.

Location is the best part, directly on the lake shore, with a beautiful park in front of the hotel. Otherwise it's good enough, nothing special. They offer rich breakfast in the morning and cooked warm dinner in the evening.
The hotel is quite dated, old-school, "retro".

The location, the bar, interesting atmosphere and free parking.
Breakfast and dinner was ok, nothing great. Room was old and tiny. Balcony was by a bit scary. Hotel definitely needs a refurbish.
