The staff went above and beyond for us, they couldn't have been more attentive and helpful, we're very grateful to them. Breakfast and dinner were both delicious and plenty. I hope to spend a few days here in nice weather someday ;)
The first room had stairs inside and it didn't work for my elderly parents. But the next morning we got another room so they had a comfortable stay after all.

Breakfast was ok . The view of Lake Balaton is beautiful.
Dinner is more than below standard. The stench from the sewer in the bathroom spread dramatically in the room. This is not what you would expect in a 4 star hotel.
