Great location & facilities. Staff friendly & helpful. Rooms lovely & beds comfortable, even my sofa bed.
The food was very disappointing. There.was nothing for children whatsoever resulting in us having to purchase food for my 8yr old outside of hotel. The adult.options were limited. On the last night we were moved to the premier restaurant where it was even worse & food was cold. There was a huge conference on during our stay which we weren't informed of, causing extra noise & disruption to guests. Also not informed beforr stay that the outdoor pool would be out of operation from 1st Sept.

Every day same meal! I ask download on memory device your hotel presentation. From reception answer was We have to ask management approval and we'll let message on your room. No message was for room 2105. I forgot to mention cleaning lady staff on making job! When You put outside door sign to clear the room, you expect to be done in 1-2 hours! The requirement not received by lady! When they want, after coffee/tobacco are working(very slow) They nock and nock, if no response enter in room! NOW, A SUGGEST FOR AZUR HOTEL: You can be reported in justice for problem, on stop your gusts to make/children/love, or other secret/intimate personal actions. And they have to speak english languace,

indoor and outdoor pool, playground for children, stuff was really friendly
the indoor pool area needs an upgrade, lots of the tiles are missing
food is really poor… not on a 4* level
