The wellness area including the swimming pool was great.
Deluxe Rooms are very convenient.
Variety of food in breakfast and dinner is poor and not changing from day to day. The kids didn’t find anything relevant to eat at dinner.
Drinks are not included in dinner - even water cost money!!!
The attractions at the facility cost extra - like bowling and kids video games.

Well furnished, spotlessly clean rooms that have everything that you need. The hotel has its own wellness area with a pool you can actually swim in, plus you can use the neighbouring Hotel Azur’s wellness area as well. The two hotels together have their own secluded beach with teeming wildlife - I saw several different species of bird, including a wader, one morning. Staff are very friendly and polite, we had a really pleasant stay.
I hesitated for a long time how to rate this hotel, because we had a great weekend and would probably return given the chance, but couldn’t help noticing that it is somehow badly managed. For example, the milk ran out in the coffee machine both mornings - how can you let this happen on a weekend morning in summer high season? The pool area had only two towels when our party of five first went down. We needed an extra bed in one of the rooms, and it had not been installed by the time we checked in (the team rectified the situation immediately). The food, while good quality overall, was somewhat unimaginative - and for God’s sake, why do you have to deep fry tofu in a Thai dish? No, not even in Hungary :-). This being a hotel where people come to enjoy the lake and/or the pools, I would have appreciated a small clothes dryer to hang out towels etc. There were quite a few such small issues, none of which is a deal-breaker, and I have to say that the staff were super friendly and polite. On the other hand, on things that I find non-negotiable, like cleanliness, there was nothing to complain about, and the price was correct for what you get.

The location.
The reception staff were very welcoming but the younger breakfast, dinner and pool bar staff/servers were very cold and almost rude. The breakfast and dinner was terrible quality. The food you pay for at the pool bar was better but still not what I would expect in what you call a 5star property.
