Intrestingry decorated old church, hotel is artwork itself.
Very good welness, saunas, pool, varm whirlpool with working hours until 10 p.m.
Within short walking distance to bars, restorants, but not in the middle of it (calmer for sleeping)
Cofee and tee whole day. Good diverse breakfast.
Since it is close to train station, you can hear trains and announcements.
Also thin wals between rooms (sound isolation could be better).

Nice location - very close to railway station and not far away from the lake. Friendly personal. Tea and coffee, drinking water is available at reception area 24/7.
Not enough light in the standard room. Very loud outside if window is open. The hotel is stylish but very old, so very noisy inside and outside the room - you hear all talks, steps, sounds of opening and closing doors. No elevator so you should carry up your luggage to the 1 floor by steep stairs.
Breakfast is quite limited.

They have fun rooms we had a Frida. Very close to the town and the beach as well

Unique Moroccan style interior if they would renivate it and add some modern parts it would be nice
Loud, inexperienced staff, awful breakfast, and old rooms. They believe that décor can hide the need for refurbishment. Like most places in Hungary, they want maximum money with minimum effort.
