Really great food. Everything was delicious. Saunas are also perfect. There is also a fitnes, so if you want to stay fit, they have technogym appliances in the fitnes.

Amazing people working at the hotel. It’s been long since I had such a pleasurable experience. Whatever I asked for was either possible or explained what are other options.
Hotel is almost completely refreshed. Rooms are nice, modern and very clean. With lots of small touches that make the stay even better. One of the best experiences we’ve had.
Can’t complain about anything. Parking space is limited but there are other spaces nearby.

The reception was very friendly and the hotel overall is a nice place to visit if you are 60+. It is close to the city center. The selection of coffee is good at the bar. You get a bathrobe in the room as well as towels.
Even though we booked a normal room, we got a room for disabled persons. Everything was very low (sink in bathroom as well as the mirror - we could not see our faces while standing). The pools are outdated, not very clean, and they look smaller than on images. The restaurant offers a good selection of food, but to be honest, not everything is tasty. Cakes are basic. As it is an All Inclusive offer, we were expecting at least some full day offer. During the day there was only fruit, langos (cold), and one type of cake to choose from besides the beverages. Restaurants need quite an improvement. Also, the hotel is mostly filled with 60+
