The location was very nice, rooms were clean and were taken care of everyday.
No enough facilities in the room (no hotel slippers, no water, fridge, etc).

The bed was simply the best bed I have ever slept on in a hotel- stunning!

Staff were very nice, location is perfect, easy to stroll to go sightseeing or go shopping
The elevator, the card reading machine especially for the middle elevator would not work. Had to keep spam pressing the button to call another elevator as we had a better chance of it working.
