The staff were very friendly, helpful, and always willing to assist. The room was clean, and I had a good overall experience staying here.
The room was quite hot, and there was no air conditioning or even a fan, so the window had to stay open. This could make it difficult to sleep, especially because of noise from people talking outside late at night or other guests snoring. The bathrooms could also have been cleaner.

Great property, close to public transport. Large communal area.
No kitchen which is annoying. The doors are quite loud. Why not just have them open or get hinges that slow the door.
It is correct about staff not enforcing respectful noise control. Midnight and it’s loud as hell, a bit of decency is nice.

The location was excellent - barely a 5 minute walk from the Tempodrom in Berlin where the concert I was going to was on. Also near a Lidl and a between 2 different metro lines which made getting around Berlin even easier. The single room bed was unbelivably comfortable.
The hostel was a little noisy late at night. Other guests weren't as quiet and considerate after 10/11pm as I have experienced in other hostels. I think this was due to a younger crowd e.g. school tour group. Perhaps this could be better enforced. The doors could be cusioned so they aren't as noisy when they close.

good location, a bit tricky to find though
it’s was very loud, i reached when their anniversary party was on full swing and its was extremely loud music and a lot of drunk people. i would have not stayed there if I would have known that
