Everything and everyone were exceptional. Really good location near the train station. Martin at reception was particularly lovely. He gave us a lot of information on the city and tips on the best places to visit.

Great location from the train station & to the centre of town.
The door lock to the room 305 was difficult to use. We spent a lot of time trying to to open with frustration. Ended up asking front desk staff to help twice. My mattress had a hard lump in the middle which kept me up all night. Later I found out there was due to a broken spring!
