Location near town square , but quiet . Room was very comfortable and big . Dining room and breakfast were fantastic , big variety for all tastes . Staff were so polite

I have stayed at Marriott hotels in China, India, Malaysia, and North Macedonia, but the Leipzig Marriott is the poorest Marriott property I have visited.
The room lacked many basic amenities: there were no slippers, bathrobes, shaving kits, cotton swabs, toothbrushes or toothpaste, bar soap by the sink, sewing kits (needle and thread), or milk for coffee.
In addition, when we arrived and checked into our room, we were unable to connect to the internet because our information had not been properly updated in the system by the receptionist. As a result, we had to go back downstairs to the reception desk and ask for assistance before we could access the Wi-Fi.
This experience was disappointing and fell significantly below the standard I have come to expect from Marriott hotels.
