The check-in and check-out processes were very quick and efficient. The hotel is also in a good location, within a 10–15 minute walk of Leipzig city centre. The room was quite spacious overall and very clean. The bathroom was well equipped, with a shower, shampoo, soap, and a hygiene kit.
The air conditioning could be improved, as it was quite noisy and unfortunately didn't provide much cooling. With the window open, there was also quite a bit of noise from the street, including the trams. That said, this wasn't a major issue for me, and I still managed to sleep well during my stay.

Great Location (close to the main train station and city center), clean facilities, very friendly staff and spacious room
The in-house parking is narrow, but you can park your car at the nearby zoo parking

The room was spacious, very clean, and quiet. The hotel personnel were also nice and accommodating. The location is excellent, very close to the train station, the city center, and the zoo.
The room was way too warm. The thermostat indicated a room temperature of 26°C, and sadly the AC was turned off and we couldn't turn it on (maybe it was broken?). The receptionist told us that no one could come fix it before the next day, and no other room was available. Since we were only here for one night, we had no choice but to sleep with the window open and without duvets. So despite all the good points stated above, we didn't have a very pleasant night. I truly think that with a colder room, we would have a perfect stay.
