City location. A green street popular with tourists.
The safe in the room was broken. We were lucky that the one in our second room had batteries!

The room was cool. We were able to sleep well despite the heat outside with just the ceiling fans. The air con was very cold, but we didn't need it. Loved the pool! We didn't eat much in the restaurant. Good shower. Great location in leafy Can̈adas, handy for the bus station and colectivos to the ruins. If you go to the ruins don't arrive at 10 am! I think half an hour either side will avoid the mother of all queues. Staff were friendly and relaxed. We used the pool after we had checked out, waiting for a bus. Not sure if this is allowed but no one bothered us. Don't tell! Great place.

The room was spacious, and clean. The pool was good. The location was the absolute best. Literally a 10 minute walk to ADO bus station. A 25 minute ride to the Tren Maya. It was on a beautiful corridor with plenty of coffee shops, restaurants. It was a 10-15 minute walk to town center. A great value for the price. I would 10/10 recommend it.

Room looked out on to a stone wall a couple of feet away - asked to change it but was told they were full. Lighting in room was not pleasant. Breakfast arrangements not good - had to skip breakfast on second day. Inadequate offering. No time to use pool.
