Big rooms, smiley staff good location despite it being on a very main road. Somewhat this didn’t seem to be a problem with noise. Nice views of the garden and pool. Clean. It was good value for money which may have been due to visiting in low season.
Pool was not clean and it all felt a little dated and substandard. No fridge in the room

The hotel is perfect for solo travelers who are arriving to the ADO bus station which is directly across the street. Many of the buses arrive very late at night and the area is lit up and the reception is open 24/7. The staff goes above and beyond in every way to make your stay pleasant and welcoming. Adrian was extremely kind and checked in on me when a major power outage happened across the city. I wish I had written down the names of each of the front desk staff to give them each appreciation as they were all so wonderful! I would definitely return.
If you are sensitive to noise, I am not, make sure to bring ear plugs, you are right in the heart of the city, which is convenient, but noisy.

The hotel was lifely enough and calm at night, they had happy hour at the bar, the personel was nice.

The pool and the location were fantastic
The old bathroom set up didn’t bother us too much, but good to consider when booking. We had a very early morning to visit to Maya tempel, when coming back to the hotel for an afternoon nap we found out that the pool music was blasting until 22:00. You cannot catch a break in this hotel during the day.
