The property looks nice and clean. It is minimalist.
Water keys were inverted on the washbasin: cold was hot and viceversa.
Room climate was cold (20°C) and couldn’t be adjusted.
No extra blankets.

Location is good
I was at the 11th floor and the water pressure in the shower was very low and inconsistent
I asked to check a night earlier, they said it wasn't possible because I had already paid upfront and they don't do refunds. They wouldn't even agree to transfer this night to another one of their other branches in another location
I requested that they help me with sending out a postcard, the lady on the phone sounded super helpful and said that she would leave a message at the front desk while I'm checking out. At check out, of course no message was left and when I tried to explain again no one spoke English nor could help.
