I love how it was directly connected to Samara shops
The refrigerator didn't work. There wasn't an ice/water machine. The room service attendant tried getting 20% MORE OF A TIP even though there was an auto gratuity already added for 15%. He literally told me I needed ro tip him 600 MORE pesos but in cash only. He didn't leave until I gave him 300 more on top of the 15% i already paid. I felt very pressured as he was standing in my room. They should really tell the truth on tipping

The hotel was OK in general, the food expensive for what they offer.
It was our wedding night and we let the staff know that prior to our arrival, and we didn’t get any special attention or courtesy. We expected more from such a big hotel chain as Hilton.
The TV had very few channels and the minibar didn’t work.
