The hotel is absolutely beautiful, it’s a true paradise. The staff are incredibly friendly, the food is delicious, and the housekeeping team take great care and pride in keeping the rooms spotless.
The only “downside” is that the hotel doesn’t have a proper beach. There is a small sandy area close to the sea, but getting into the water can be quite difficult. It would be great if the hotel could build some sort of jetty or platform to make it easier and more comfortable for guests to access the sea.

Loved the hammock right outside the sliding door. The beds were comfortable. Walking distance to the main walking area with restaurants with a longer walk to the Cozumel ferry but very doable.

The property is situated on the beach and the particular unit seemed far enough away from the nearby nightlife so that you could hear the waves and surf at night. There are neighboring restaurants and fishing boats where you can go out, catch a fish, and come back to have it prepared and eaten right on the beach. Fantastic.

Its conveniently located from 5th avenue
There is literally no beach access. And it says beach view but u have a just a peek from the room. It was little dusty in the room. Lot of noise from upstairs.
