Relaxing and sunny holiday.

I loved the trees and the plants. Provision of drinking water was very good. All the cooking utensils were good. Air conditioning was working. Relaxing swimming pool.

Jacuzzi, in our condo, was way too hot and too deep, so we didn’t use it. It didn’t feel completely private, people could watch us from building above and they did. Bed was a little too hard. Lounge chairs by the pool smell of sweat.

The hotel was a pleasant surprise. It's an apartment hotel, so it offers the space of an apartment with the service of a hotel. We arrived with two families and booked two apartments. Each apartment is well-equipped with amenities such as a kitchen, clean drinking water dispenser, Bluetooth speaker, washing machine, dryer, and more. The pool is excellent, and the apartments are clean. The hotel is split into two parts: one side by the beach and the other across a narrow alleyway. Guests can access an excellent gym just a 3-minute walk away. The hotel's location is prime, just a minute's walk from the city center. During our stay, we were fortunate to meet Pedro and his partner, Eduardo, stationed at the hotel entrance. They handled all our bookings for the entire 3.5 weeks of our trip in this part of Mexico, including parks, snorkeling tours, and transportation. Pedro is incredibly trustworthy and attentive to guests' needs. We highly recommend seeking their assistance when planning activities. While you can be on the beach, it's not a traditional beach club. To truly enjoy a beach experience, you might need to venture out. Breakfast is served restaurant-style, either at the hotel restaurant or another specific one, just 7 minutes away on foot. The dishes are tasty, offering one dish per person from the menu, accompanied by hot and cold drinks, complimentary fruits, and pastries. At the end, they request a 10% service charge on the cost of the meal, though the meal itself is complimentary. Keep in mind that while it's spacious and clean with good service, it's not a luxurious resort. It stands out as a commendable hotel in its category.

Only down falls were lots of stairs to get up and down and you cant swim in the beach directly behind the property- but absolutely loved it.

We stayed for 2 weeks in a double bedroom apartment (oceanfront). Super spacious clean rooms and equipped kitchen. Drinking water available from a machine, big fridge, washing machine and tumble dryer was a plus. Beach restaurant had a very friendly staff, really good food (they accommodated us well with the kids allergies to remove certain ingredients). 5th Avenue is just a short walk, food shops are a few minutes drive. Parking available if you arrive in a car. Pool was lovely and clean. Definitely recommend this hotel, good value for money, great location and we had an amazing time.

Ok, but expected better for my money

The location was great, a short walk to the shops and restaurants on 5th Avenue Great views of the Caribbean and the beech

The first room we were given was not up to standard, we complained and were moved after a couple of days to a far better condo. The beech was poor and full of seaweed, the pool area was not great, small and the lounger mats were dirty

very close to everything in walking distance, nice view, garage for parking, and our room had everything we needed.

the seaweed and the smell. I couldn’t tell if it was sewer or the seaweed by the beach. had a massage on the beach and the smell ruined it.

Great location and so relaxing rooms.

Perfect location the main Street is a couple of steps from the hotel. Ferry as well is not far. Staff members have an excellent customer service.

The pictures they show when you're doing the reservation doesn't match what we got. My reservation said ocean view and pictures had the ocean view as well. But at the time we got there they gave us a partial oceanview room. But other than that everything else was pretty much good.

My stay was very good.

The location was perfect for seeing and doing activities. There were an enormous amount of restaurants, bars, shops and anything else you could desire within walking distance. There was no bothersome noise or loud music. My room was well equipped with useful appliances, 2 air conditioning units; bedroom and living room, and ceiling fans. The bed and the pillows were very comfortable. A cleaning service was offered everyday at your discretion. There was a restaurant available on the property.

There was no usable beach in front of the property. There were several boats tied up in front of the property. The beach front at the property collected an enormous amount of seaweed that smelled bad. My room was closer to the street with a particle ocean view. The smell of the seaweed made my large balcony, idea for hanging out and relaxing, useless. The toilet seat lid would not stay open, I never reported it.

disappointment

In the walking distance to shops and restaurants

-the advertised closeness to the beach is irrelevant because the beach is not usable due to the lack of infrastructure and algae overgrowth -the facilities outdated -the staff does the bare minimum. the reception staff were like robots relaying memorized messages, ‘yes’ or ‘no’. No personalized attention. Zero engagement with a child that tried to engage with them.

great location for city trips, friendly staff, spacious condo, breakfast from ASI was incredible!

pillows were 2’ thick, beach area was a little rough but quaint

The only issue was all the seaweed, but understand that isn’t something that the hotel can control. They did an amazing job trying to move it around to create walk ways for everyone
