great location for the beach and town,very close to all the restaurants and bars. lovely pool staff very friendly and helpful

there was a bit of a drain smell in the property,but not terrible..probably because it had been empty for a while.

Location

Rooftop is under construction. When booking there were pictures as if it was good for use. It’s not! Have to leave a deposit if you want to use the safe box.

Exceptional

Everything. Our bungalow was fantastic, fresh, secure and private.Plenty of sockets. Large drum of fresh mineral water provided in room. Great front of house staff and cleaners. Cool foyer cats too. Bonus of wildlife within the grounds.

Enjoyable stay

Great location easy walk to La Quinta Avenida and beach. The hotel grounds are very well maintained. Our room was clean and very quiet, and we had a wonderful garden view. The staff was always on-site, accommodating, and willing to assist guests. I would stay there again.

Wish there were more lounge chairs by the pool.

Superb

The location was perfect. Close to downtown but far enough not to be disturbed by the noise. The bungalows were lovely with hammocks and a very nice kitchen. The pool was also lovely!

The shower was not great: the water pressure was low and the temperature was sometimes warm instead of hot. The beds were a bit small.

Very good

The apartment is very well located and well equipped with all you need to make your own food. It's really big.

They charged me around 20% of commission that wasn't described by booking. I'll probably soon booking.com for that because the property said they couldn't do anything about it. The beaches around are not clean as you see on the pictures. You need to go to cozumel or cenotes to get clean water

This is a perfect place to stay.

The location was perfect - around the corner from Avenida 5, a short walk to the beach and incredibly quiet at night. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, and my kids loved Jimmy the cat! The bungalow was very clean and comfortable, and so was the pool and the entire property.

There is nothing we didn’t like!

Fantastic staff, excellent location

Everything from check-in to check-out was a welcome experience. The complete staff are to be complimented for their friendliness, professionalism, and quick responses and actions when needed. The location was more than we expected. Staying in a Garden Penthouse Suite was quiet and comfortable. The noise from the very busy 5th Ave was never a problem. The air conditioning was excellent.

The appliances (except the refrigerator) and furniture are becoming a bit tired. In particular the terrace furniture is in need of complete replacement and is not adequate for four or more guests. The three wooden chairs were hardly safe to use.

Loved the location and the bungalows but beds could be larger

Excellent location and the atmosphere of the bungalows is also amazing

double beds are rather large single ones (1,4m width), the sofa in the living room was also worn out

It was a nightmarish at best.

The property itself was lovely in appearance. We did leave infested with bedbugs and covered in bites. It took weeks to rid them from our luggage and clothes. We did see the bed bug exterminator arrive on our east day.

We didn’t sleep a wink during our 3 night stay. The neighboring palapa partied outside all night and security refused to quiet them. The roofs are made of grass, so you will hear everything. The staff during the day was SO kind. They assured us each day that they’d set the neighbors straight. Every night, it was the same. The night shift did nothing to remedy the situation. Management promised a partial credit that never came.

- super friendly staff - great location near the beach - amazing pool area with a little jungle - free water - super clean

- super noisy due to the proximity of 5th Avenue and the loud music in every restaurant - on the weekend until 2am - hard mattress - old furniture - the windows did not block any kind of noise

if you like staying at hotel during day, I would recommend to check other alternatives.

Location and free parking space are the big advantages.

There was moisture smell in the room(206).we used air spray not to smell it.

big apartment in good location

Very big apartment with big balcony on to the 5th ave. The apartment was very clean and had everything we needed. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Good location, close to 5th ave and 15 min walking from bus station.

We would not hesitate to stay again.

Riviera Maya Suites exceeded our expectations in almost every way. The property is in a perfect location and manages to be centrally located and within easy walking to everything, yet still secluded and private. The grounds are filled with amazing plants and trees and plenty of birds. The beach is a short block and a half away, and the main pedestrian thoroughfare is a half block away. The staff is helpful, committed, and generous with their time and recommendations. The secure on-site parking is a bonus.

We had no problems, no issues of any kind, and no complaints.

Garden is amazing, nice pool and whirlpool.

Our room was adjacent to the street so we could hear loud music until ~2am. We had do pay a deposit (500 pesos in cash or 1000 pesos blocked on credit card) upon arrival.

Great location, exceptional room setup & design and above all outstanding customer service

Absolutely gorgeous property in the middle of a forest. The staffs were just amazing and super efficient. The neighborhood is fantastic, with amazing restaurants and shops within walking distance. Will definitely be staying here next time.

unforgettable .

We stayed in a bungalow and it was perfect ! Amazing space and we felt like we were in the midle of the jungle and at the same time close to everything by foot ( beach/ quinta avenida/ supermarkets) . And of corse the extreme atention and symphaty we felt from the staff, they were amazing. If i have come back i’ll choose the same space . And we love “Coco, the queen “ 🐈

Some noise from the street at night, but i think it’s unavoidable due to proximity to the 5a Avenida.

Excellent place for families with kids

The location is perfect , close to the beach and close to restaurants and shops on 5th street.. it is very convenient you can walk anywhere…. Staff is very nice and friendly.Apartments are very spacious…will be back

A fantastic discovery in green and blue, the green of the garden, and blue of the sea.
