Close to the beach (5 mins walk, the hotel provides towels and easy-to-carry folding chairs)
Close to Quinta avenida (main pedestrian street with restaurants and shops)
Overall very easy access and great service - we were 2 families (2 adults + 2 kids each family) + 2 grandparents, 10 in total.
The suite we stayed was a fully independent house (cant describe otherwise) with a ground level room - perfect for seniour guests - fully equipped kitchen, washing machine, drier... AC all over the place...
Honestly, no complaints whatsoever - a very agreeable experience.

Excellent location near to 5th avenue. The pool is beautiful and surrounded by trees and plants. Feels like a real oasis. Rooms were very clean and the beds were huge and comfortable. The staff are very friendly and professional. Really amazing place..
WiFi is a little poor but does work. Room decor is slightly dated but not a problem, just a detail.

The location was excellent and the pool was great. The pool is bigger than most condo hotels I’ve stayed in the area.
It has an easy access to everything. Lots of restaurants and stores and you are less than a block from 5th avenue, literally right behind it. Also, easy access to the beach.
It feels like an older property but still very great.

Hotel super ( if it wasn't for a nasty reception guy)
Rude and nasty reception guy Manuel came to our room 5 minutes after checkout yelling at us while we were standing with suitcases packed. A guy with anger control problem should not be allowed to work with the guests. Manager Simone should fire this rude individual on the spot
