Comodidade, conforto e localização.

Gostamos de tudo! Apartamento super confortável e super bem localizado. Pegamos um apartamento com cobertura e banheira privativa com vista para o mar. Sensacional. Pena que com os passeios, aproveitamos pouco. Acredito que os outros apartamentos mantenham a mesma qualidade. Roupas de cama e banho ótimas! Nos sentimos em casa!

Tudo perfeito! Gostaria de voltar…

Great place

The place is amazing, we loved it! It was central location, clean, felt very much like holiday. The pool was lovely and tranquil too. We were able to use a large kitted out gym next door which is included. Apartment is a couple min walk to 5th ave, 8 min walk to a huge supermarket and a 10min walk up to a lovely beach.

There was no hot water throughout our 4nt stay, showers were very cold

Condo was great - so much room and spacious. Very clean and modern facilities. Close to great restaurants and the beach.

Way too expensive, and NO ELEVATOR!

The apartment was beautiful and if it had an elevator, would have been perfect.

After paying over $2,000 for a penthouse apartment, we didn't expect to find that we had to climb 2 flights of stairs to the apartment and another flight to the penthouse! My wife is scheduled for two knee-replacement surgeries and we would never have booked this place if we knew she needed to climb 3 flights of stairs several times a day. We felt deceived by the property, and by booking.com

Great base for exploring 5th Ave and the beach!

The place was very clean and in a super location. It was safe, secure, and surprisingly quiet.

After we checked out I got a message saying we were being charged about $55 for a broken hair dryer. I responded back challenging it and did not get a response. We used both hair dryers, and they were working when we were there. I could only assume they must have reached end of life when management inspected it, but we shouldn't be charged for something like that in a short term rental. I'm just glad the AC didn't fail. I'm not sure I could have afforded to replace it. This was the only issue in an otherwise great stay.

Great stay

Beautiful property, highly recommend the penthouse with the roof terrace and jacuzzi. Location is great close - to beach and town. Clean and quiet at night

Amazing stay! Staff were extremely helpful and friendly. We had a huge problem because a 2nd room didn't go through on booking.com. The team got us a second room without hesitation and gave us an even better rate than booking.com. Would highly recommend!!!

Location is good, there are many places to walk to.

I believe this condo scams customers for damages they didn't commit. When I arrived to my room, it took me two days to notice that the glass on the framed Mayan photo above our bed had been cracked. My fiance said not to worry about it as they should be aware of it, but just in case I took pictures of it in the unlikely event they would try and blame me. When I checked out, I told the receptionist about the damage and offered to give him my photos. He said it was no problem and I left, thinking the issue has been resolved. A few days after I returned to my trip, they emailed me saying they are charging me $50 for the damage. When I explained that it wasn't me and offered my photos as proof, they doubled down, saying that I should have reported the damage on the first day, not the last. I honestly don't think this would have changed the situation, and they are determined to charge me no matter what proof I give them. In short, I recommend not staying here unless you are prepared to be on the defense for any damages to your room. Take photos and report it immediately so you are not in my situation, though I worry that even that may not be enough and you could be charged anyways. There are plenty of other places in Playa del Carmen to stay at.

The hotel exceeded our expectations.

Great location next to the beach and one block from the main shopping area in town. The facility was very clean and quiet. Kids loved the pool. Secure access into the apartments and security guard at night. Within walking distance to the ferry and bus terminals if you want to explore the area.

Beach right in front of the hotel isn’t great. We would usually walk a few blocks either direction and they were much nicer.

Great deal in a great spot.

Staffing at Maya Villa is lovely. Front desk is approachable. Policies are clear and reasonable. Concierge Daniel was helpful. Free rental bikes were super useful.

Honestly, not too much to improve. Hot tub could'a been a bit hotter. Shower head could have been a bit nicer. But that aside, this was a nice condo in a good spot for a reasonable rate.

Wowed the entire stay

Just... wow! Never second guess staying here, especially if there's a discount. Will 100% be my go to for stays in Playa del Carmen!

No complaints at all. Wish the pool stayed open till 10pm but without a doubt this place has got the equation figured out.

Nice treasure in the heart of Playa del Carmen with perfect location.

Perfect location, that means really close to the 5 th Avenue, the beach and everything, and yet quiet accommodation thanks to looking to the courtyard. It was very clean and you could choose from more options of cleaning, so they do not disturb you every day if don’t need cleaning. The staff is nice, including the security guy. It has a good underground garage for parking. They give you a free beach towels, which you can change everyday. I think it was the best decision to stay here during our time in PDC.

The check in was a little bit long procedure. It can smell strange when you first enter. I don't know what it is, because it's very clean, but you get used to it and it's not too disturbing. It's still 10/10. The terrace on the ground floor is not very private, but of course that's not the fault of the accommodation, it's because of building.

Totally worth the money but beware of bats, they will be everywhere.

The condo is in a perfect location within walking distance of EVERYTHING but far enough from the clubs that you are not disturbed by music. This condo had everything we needed in the kitchen to cook with.

There are a lot of bats in the area and they hang out on the patios and balconies. One of them was flying around our condo!
