This condo location is convenient for both golf and beach enthusiasts looking for a relaxing vacation in a resort setting. The condo is non-smoking and has two bedrooms/two full baths with 1 queen bed in the master bedroom and 1 double bed & 1 queen bed in the second bedroom. Each bedroom has a private adjoining bath. There are 3 flat panel televisions with a large screen in the living room, WIFI and a DVD player for the ultimate in entertainment enjoyment. The condo has beautiful vinyl plank wood-grain flooring and cozy furniture throughout! There are ceiling fans in every room and central heat & air allowing for any level of comfort. The condo has a laundry room with a full-sized washer/dryer. The floor plan is open and spacious with adjoining kitchen, dining and living areas. The main area of the condo has sliding glass doors that open to a large screened porch for outside seating to enjoy the coastal wildlife and scenic course views. The kitchen features a raised bar for additional dining space and a dining area with four chairs and a table. The kitchen area is equipped with a dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, full-size refrigerator and range. The master bedroom is located in the front of the condo floor plan adjacent to the main area of the condo. The second bedroom has a private entry with and includes an additional seating area and kitchenette. The kitchenette area includes a sink, refrigerator and microwave. Complimentary linens, towels and departure cleaning service are included. IMPORTANT NOTE: The Village Activity Center recreational facility with indoor/outdoor pools is closed for renovations until further notice, Thank you for your understanding! Beautiful quiet clean condo, roomy enough for 4 adults, supplied well for cooking. Enjoyed walking in the neighborhood. Easy access to store and beach. Enjoyed eating at restaurants at nearby Calabash and shopping at Shallotte. Surrounded by wonderful golf courses. The beach at Sunset is perfect. Plan to visit again.

The condo was lovely. The only issue we had was there was only a keurig machine, even though they left a pkg. of complimentary ground coffee, and when we left a message at the contact number regarding the regular coffee machine we never received a call back during our stay.

This was a great property! The place was beautifully decorated, exceptionally clean, and exactly as described. It was in a perfect location and a beautiful neighborhood. We would definitely rent again!

We booked last minute and the communication was quick confirming our stay. I would suggest more information on how to get access to the pool. We lucked out one day as someone let us in but it appears you needed a key card for access and we didn’t realize it. That was the last day so really not an issue.

Great location! Close to Sunset Beach and a short drive to all the fun places in Calabash. Condo was clean, spacious and nicely decorated and appointed. The clubhouse was a great place to hangout on a rainy day - indoor pool, game room with pool table and shuffleboard, sports bar/cafe.

Upon entry, the air was a little stale, but that was remedied by the HVAC system. The site was clean, everything I used worked. Being at the beach, the ocean related decor was a delight and the bedding was comfortable. In addition, the view off the deck was pretty. So what was the shortcoming? We were there when the weather was not the most favorable - a lot of rain the week before Christmas 2022. It is then that you want a good TV system. We had access to 3 TV's, but only the smaller one in the bedroom had streaming ability. I highly recommend that streaming service be added to the larger TV in the living room.

The unit is spacious but needs some loving care. The biggest complaint was the tub and sink were not draining in the bathroom so had to take a shower with tub full of water. It took the tub to drain 2 hours or more so this has been an issue for some time. The walls were dirty in bathroom along with both tub and sink not draining. I had to ask the question the cleaning people should have caught the issues which makes me question the cleaning of this unit. My first experience with this type of rental not inpressed.

This condo is in a prime area of all of our Favorite places! Just a short drive to Sunset beach. 10 minutes to Calabash, 10 min to Ocean Isle. We loved the balcony that overlooked the golf course, with a pond. The condo itself was very clean and updated. Great layout. Comfortable beds. We will definitely be coming back!

The condo was very nice and check in was a breeze. The grounds are beautiful and a convenient location to beach. There are 3 grocery stores very close…Food Lion, Lowe’s and Publix. The only negative is all the sand. When you visit the public beach access there’s not always always available to spray off. So, it’s all in the car, and then at the condo there’s nowhere to spray off either. (If there is I didn’t see it.) I don’t think there’s anything the condo owner can do…but it’s definitely worth noting.

Myself and two girlfriends took a last minute trip to getaway. This rental was perfect. Clean, spacious, and a quick drive to the beach. Overall a great experience. I will say a couple notes, the coffee pot is really outdated and gross. Don't expect any toiletries. The pillows are very flat. But overall it was great for us.

When we first booked, my mom saw the pictures and actually told me it was too good to be true. I was relieved to tell her she was wrong when we arrived! Balcony, beautiful oceanic decor with plenty of light, fresh linens, washer and dryer, FULL kitchen, bathroom FANS which I love and cannot get at hotels. 2 minute drive to the beach! We wanted for nothing! I think we’re switching over from hotels to VRBOs. I will also be following our realtor. She definitely knows her stuff 👍nice job! 👏🏽

I rented this condo because we had a baseball tournament in Ocean Isle. It was close to the ball field and the beach. The condo was exactly as it was listed. Clean and well kept. The check-in and check-out process was smooth. I would stay here again.

Really nice location and cute property with a nice view of a pond and not a bad view for sunsets. The master bedroom mattress is a little more worn than I like but not bad. Both coffee pots were broken and no kitchen wash cloths or towels but that's easily resolved. I would recommend staying here.

The room was clean and beautiful. I messaged the point of contact to verify address, no reply. I messaged for the key code,no reply. At check-in time, key code given via email a few days ago, was not the correct code. Hours after I was supposed to check in, still no reply. I was trying to be patient and calm since we had an event to attend and things do happen, but we were not happy about the situation. Our plans were changed and we had to call various people on this website to get a new code hrs after our set check in time. The coffee maker was also not working and I didn't know that until it was time for coffee. I understand that things come up and issues arise, but communication is key for these rentals and I am still very frustrated about my experience. We got charged for golfing? We don't play, and we had to pay extra to use their pool. This trip did not go like we expected at all.
