Breakfast selection was great. All very fresh food and very helpful staff
Checking the toiletries in the bathroom. The shower gel and the body lotion bottles were both empty.

Thank you for a wonderful stay! The pool was spotless and well-maintained, and the overall facilities (gym, restaurant, front desk) reflected a high level of service and attention to detail. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the whole atmosphere made the stay genuinely comfortable.
Unfortunately, the stay didn’t meet expectations in terms of cleanliness. The room had visible dust and clear signs it wasn’t properly cleaned before check-in, and the bathroom needed more attention. Even after requesting housekeeping, the response was slow and the cleanliness issues weren’t fully addressed.
